Hi, I’m Jessica, a Bible-believing follower of Christ, a homeschooling mum, and someone who’s passionate about digging deep into the truth of God’s Word. Now, you may be wondering: What inspired me to write a comprehensive, scripturally-focused curriculum on biblical cosmology?
Honestly, it began as a personal project; just something I was creating for my own family. But it quickly grew into something far bigger than I ever expected.
As a homeschooling parent, I realised there was a massive gap when it came to learning resources on biblical cosmology. That became especially clear when my 13-year-old daughter was meant to study “Earth Science / Astronomy” as part of her Year 7 curriculum. Every resource I found was saturated with heliocentric content. There was nothing solid, engaging, or truthful from a biblical perspective; nothing that taught the true earth science of our stationary, geocentric world.
With a background in academia and research, and years of experience writing university-level content and publishing in health science journals, I thought: why not write my own resource?
I committed a full month to immersing myself in the Bible, praying over every part of the project, and doing everything I could to faithfully capture what scripture says. The result is a clear, comprehensive, accessible, and beautifully designed curriculum that gives glory to God’s Word and walks the reader through all of the important elements of our created world, from the firmament to the sun and moon, and from the earth beneath our feet to His throne above the heavens.
I genuinely believe this resource will bless not just homeschoolers, but truth-seekers of all ages.
